Nilesh joined Qualogy in June 2010. The Qualogy Suriname branch had expanded considerably during the preceding years, so Qualogy looked for a dedicated manager to direct all commercial activities. “I was working as an independent marketing and sales consultant when I was approached for the job. After the interview I was completely sold over: responsible for sales and marketing in a very professional and flat organization with many talented people.”

As Region Manager South America, the Dutch holding company has put Pieter in charge of the Paramaribo office. His main concerns are the sales and marketing activities. He describes his style as customer focused: “My in-depth knowledge of the subject allows me to operate more as a partner in the discussion, trying to achieve truly excellent solutions.”
